When you entrust us with a transport request, we collect only: your identity, your contact details (email, phone), the information about your vehicle and the collection and handover addresses, together with any details you choose to give us.

A single purpose: handling your request and organising your transport. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and your consent for the form.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

Only the people needed for your transport, within the house. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes.

Strictly necessary technical providers: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our email delivery service (Resend), acting on instruction only.

Your request data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: a word to contact@varen-transport.fr is enough. We reply personally, within the time limits of the European regulation.

You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority, if you believe your rights have not been respected.
